Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please double check your order before completing your purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopluvlee.ny@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.
