Welcome to Luvlee!
By shopping with us, you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Info
All of our items are handmade with care and bead-embroidered by hand. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur — that's part of what makes each piece special. Tanks must be washed on delicate, preferably in a pillowcase, to protect the embroidery.
2. Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
3. Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. All orders include tracking. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate when checking out — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
4. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at shoplevlee.ny@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
5. User Content
We love seeing you in Luvlee! By tagging us on Instagram or TikTok, you give us permission to repost or share your content across our platforms. Credit will always be given where due.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product designs, images, and branding — is the property of Luvlee. Please do not reproduce, copy, or use any content without permission.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
